My goal as a business lawyer is to help entrepreneurs by providing efficient legal and business solutions to their legal challenges while sharing their enthusiasm in achieving their goals. I am an entrepreneur too; I am just there to help them build solid legal foundations for their business and to guide them along their path to success. As simple as that.
My practice in business law includes private equity, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital as well as the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements. I also provide corporate, commercial, and transactional legal services to venture capitalists (VCs), small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and startup companies.
Outside (and sometimes in) the office, I am a football (soccer) junkie. I enjoy playing football with friends or cheering for my favorite club, FC Barcelona. MĂ©s que un Club.
